How we started
Emily Miller and Colleen Renee Lis created a theatre company when the world shut down. They jokingly named it The CCC: Corona Collaborative Collective.
After staging more than 75 virtual theatre readings, they decided to make their joke, into a reality. They became The Red Mic Repertory Company. It’s a reminder to their original zoom days when they would yell at actors to unmute themselves, & it’s their commitment to the future to never mute artists.
